SENIOR HR BUSINESS PARTNER

The Senior HR Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor to managers and senior leaders, aligning HR strategies and people practices with business priorities. This role combines strategic partnership with hands-on HR support across employee relations, workforce planning, talent development, performance management, compensation, organizational change, compliance, and employee engagement.

Chemical industry experience would be helpful at either a personal care firm, flavors, or fragrance manufacturers.

Desired Qualities include:

• Strong communication, coaching, analytical, investigation, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner, Senior HR Generalist, or comparable consultative HR experience.
• Strong experience advising managers on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and talent development.
• Strong knowledge of federal and Florida employment requirements.
• HRIS, reporting, ATS, and Microsoft Office experience; Paychex preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
