WMS Project Manager (Bilingual Korean/English)

Position Summary

The WMS Project Manager will be part of a larger project task force responsible for migrating clients from SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS) to a proprietary warehouse management platform. This is a senior-level, client-facing role that combines project leadership, team management, stakeholder communication, and subject matter expertise in SAP WM.

The successful candidate will manage a small team within the project task force, work closely with clients and stakeholders, oversee project scope and execution, and serve as a key liaison between U.S.-based clients and headquarters teams in South Korea.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field required

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in project management, SAP WM/LE, warehouse systems, or related enterprise software implementations

• Professional fluency in both English and Korean required

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively coordinate complex project requirements and activities between U.S.-based clients and project teams located in South Korea

• Experience with SAP WM (Warehouse Management) and/or SAP LE (Logistics Execution) modules required

• Experience leading teams and applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills in a project environment

• Strong sense of accountability and ownership in managing projects and team deliverables

• Proven ability to work in highly collaborative environments and foster a team-oriented culture

• Excellent understanding of project management methodologies, project planning, resource management, risk management, and organizational best practices

• Ability to travel domestically as required by project needs

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project scope, objectives, requirements, schedules, status reports, milestones, budgets, risks, and issue logs

• Track project costs, development progress, testing activities, and overall project performance

• Communicate project status, risks, and key updates to management, clients, and stakeholders

• Manage a WMS project team/sub-unit and report progress to project leadership

• Serve as a subject matter expert for SAP WM and related warehouse management processes

• Conduct assessments of current-state ("As-Is") warehouse operations and provide recommendations for future-state ("To-Be") solutions

• Coordinate and facilitate meetings between clients, stakeholders, and headquarters project teams

• Act as a key communication bridge between U.S.-based clients and South Korea-based project resources to ensure project alignment and successful execution
