IT Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client, a global brand , is hiring both a Junior level and Mid-level  IT (Security) Project Coordinator for an enterprise technology environment in Plano, TX.
The junior level role focuses on supporting and coordinating IT and security infrastructure projects, including planning, and tracking project activities, managing documentation and reporting, coordinating meetings and schedules, supporting budgeting and risk tracking, and acting as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

In addition the Mid-level role also includes additional responsibilities :

  • leading project initiatives
  • managing resources and timelines
  • gathering business requirements
  • developing risk mitigation strategies
  • supporting budgeting and forecasting
  • providing technical oversight on infrastructure projects including areas such as access control and CCTV systems.
Both roles offer exposure to enterprise IT environments and collaboration with cross-functional teams. 
Korean/English bilingual ability is strongly preferred
There will be some travel.  This is an annual contract role.
