Rental Sales Associate

Overview
 This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior sales or customer service experience who is interested in building a career in real estate. As a Rental Sales Associate, you’ll work directly with prospective residents, guiding them through property tours, lease signings, and move-ins while learning the fundamentals of property management and leasing.
Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours for prospective tenants and highlight features and amenities.
• Manage the leasing process from first inquiry through lease signing with accuracy and professionalism.
• Build relationships with prospective and current residents through strong customer service.
• Respond promptly to phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
• Support marketing efforts to promote available units.
• Stay informed on local rental market trends and competitor offerings.
• Maintain accurate tenant and property records in property management software.
• Assist with scheduling and follow-up on maintenance requests to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Support the Property Manager by coordinating vendors and contractors.
• Help manage packages, lobby presentation, and common area cleanliness.

• Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service required; leasing or property management experience a plus.
• Strong communication skills with professional phone and in-person presence.
• Ability to negotiate, upsell, and handle objections effectively.
• Organized and detail-oriented with proficiency in office/admin tasks.
• Schedule - Mon to Thu and Sat, OR Tue to Fri and Sat (Saturday work required)
